Refund policy

At Vogue Vibess, we strive to deliver premium-quality products in perfect condition. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

In rare cases of issues, we offer returns under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Important Condition

  • An unpacking video is mandatory for processing any return requests
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened, revealing the product inside, along with the issue.

How to Submit Your Return Request

  • Email Your Video: Send the unpacking video and order details to support@voguevibess.com.
  • Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  • Return Shipping: If approved, return shipping instructions will be shared 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at contact.voguevibess@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • If your return is accepted, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.

Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact.voguevibess@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange it for.

Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items sold during a sale
  • Items under ₹99
